Specifically listed U-Line appliances purchased between February 01, 2024 and June 30, 2024 are eligible. Item must ship by July 15, 2024. All applicable items must be purchased on the same invoice. No substitutions allowed. The online rebate form must be completed in full and must include a copy of the store receipt. Any rebate with incomplete or incorrect information will be declined. Claims must be submitted no later than August 30, 2024 on the rebate portal. This offer is applicable to individual sales to end users and original purchases made through participating retail dealers in all states, except AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IA, IN, IL, LA, MN, MT, NV, NE, KS, KY, MO, NM, ND, SD, OR, OK, TX, UT, WI, WA, and WY (“permitted states”). Both end user delivery location and the retailer must be located in a permitted state. Claims from dealers, resellers, distributors, clubs, groups, organizations, or employees thereof will not be accepted or acknowledged. Multiple sales/Builder projects do not qualify.
