Rebate for Specifically listed U-L appliances purchased between January 01 and December 31, 2021 are eligible. All applicable items must be purchased on the same invoice.
There will be no substitutions allowed. The online rebate form must be completed in full and a copy of the store receipt uploaded to the rebate form.
Any rebate with incomplete or incorrect information will be declined and an email will be sent to request the corrected information.
All rebate claims must be submitted no later than March 01, 2022. Allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

U-Line appliance rebate offer is applicable to individual sales to end users and original purchases made through participating retail dealers in all states,
except Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, Kansas, Kentucky,
Missouri, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, Washington, and Wyoming (“permitted states’).
In order to be eligible for rebate, both end user delivery location and the applicable retail dealer must be located in a permitted state.
Claims from dealer, resellers, distributors, clubs, group, or organization, or employees thereof will not be accepted or acknowledged. Multiple sales/Projects do not qualify.
Claims are nontransferable and all are void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Limit one rebate claim per person per address. Multiple claims will be disregarded.
Checks that are not cashed with 90 days of the check date will not be re-issued.
Please keep a copy of your receipt for your records. U-Line reserves the right to audit any claims and to nullify any claims that cannot be substantiated.
